This raw chocolate cheesecake is a game changer. We made it together during our girls retreat weekend and were all blown away. It is raw, gluten-free, and dairy-free, but tastes chock full of butter, cream, and all the other ingredients normally used to make a rich, decadently delicious chocolate cake. And it’s even got hidden zucchini in it! Amazingly good… and good for you! Meets our requirements and then some. Plus it’s super easy to meet. All you need is a food processor and a freezer.
